Job summary

Baker Tilly International is seeking a Principal to lead the Digital Transformation Practice for National Insurance, driving strategy, client engagements, and cross-functional delivery across the United States.

You will work with firm leadership to scale the Insurance practice, mentor staff, and oversee large-scale transformation initiatives that leverage digital capabilities and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or business; master's desirable.
• 20+ years of senior leadership experience in technology or digital/product organizations.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates.
• Experience as Partner/Principal or Managing Director in a professional services firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Digital Transformation strategy for the firm in Insurance and collaborate with Industry Leaders.
• Drive growth objectives through networking, alliances, and business development.
• Manage transformation projects from definition through delivery, including business process and technology implementations.
• Develop and measure delivery capabilities aligned to project phases and long-term roadmaps.
• Build external and internal relationships to acquire clients, projects, and revenue; mentor staff.
