Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Principal to join our Digital Transformation Practice and lead the National Insurance team. You will work with firm leadership and client teams to drive transformation initiatives, define strategy, and grow the practice across industries.

You will mentor staff, oversee large-scale programs, and partner with executives to deliver innovative technology solutions and business value. This role requires executive-level collaboration and travel as needed.

Qualifications

Twenty years’ experience providing senior leadership within complex technology or digital/product organizations.
Five+ years of supervisory experience mentoring and counseling associates.
Previous experience as a Partner/Principal or Managing Director within a professional service firm.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Firm Industry Leaders and Digital Advisory leaders to build and execute the Digital Transformation strategy for the firm in Insurance.
Advance Insurance industry growth objectives for the Baker Tilly Digital Transformation business lines through networking and alliance efforts.
Lead teams through definition and delivery of transformation projects including business process and/or technology implementations.
Develop, manage, and measure delivery capabilities aligned to critical phases of implementation and long-term roadmaps.
