Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Principal to lead our Digital Transformation Practice with a focus on AI, automation, app development and data analytics. You will mentor staff and collaborate with partners to drive strategic client outcomes and practice growth.

The role demands deep leadership in technology strategy, complex program management, and a track record of delivering large-scale transformations across industries. Travel nationally may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or business field required.
• Twenty years’ experience providing senior leadership within complex technology or digital/product organizations; extensive experience in business development within a professional services firm desired.
• Five (5) + years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates desired.
• Previous experience as a Partner/Principal or Managing Director within a professional service organization with proven success building out and growing a Practice in a Consulting Firm.
• Strong fluency at Executive level in strategic planning, information system design and implementation with a focus on program management of large complex transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Advance Business Development objectives to grow the Baker Tilly’s Insurance focused Digital Transformation business lines through networking, alliance sales and support to the Professional Sales Organization.
• Lead a team of Baker Tilly and client resources through definition and delivery of transformation projects which may include business process and/or technology implementations.
• Develop, manage, and measure effectiveness of delivery approach and capabilities aligned to critical phases of technology transformation and/or long‑term roadmaps.
• Utilize your entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with the goal of acquiring new clients, projects, and revenue.
• Invest in your professional development individually and through participation in firm wide learning and development programs.
• Support the growth and development of team members, helping associates meet their professional goals.
• Technology Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate a robust IT strategy aligned with a company’s overall business objectives.
• Digital Transformation: Lead digital transformation efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance client services, streamline operations, and improve efficiency.
• Technology Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to technology teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Client-Focused Solutions: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
• Collaboration and Partnerships: Collaborate with C-suite executives, including CIO, CDO, CXO.
