Ladders, a leader in the transportation space, seeks a Principal Manager, Procurement Enablement & Contingent Workforce, to lead global procurement enablement and contingent workforce initiatives. This remote role partners with procurement, finance, and business stakeholders to modernize processes and strengthen program execution in a fast-moving environment.

The position emphasizes hands-on leadership, systems transformation, and cross-functional delivery, with a focus on AI-enabled procurement

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience managing procurement systems and contingent workforce programs.
• Experience with ERP redesign, particularly Oracle Cloud Procurement.
• Strong background in implementing agentic procurement solutions.
• Familiarity with contingent workforce redesign and VMS systems such as Beeline.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of requirements gathering and implementation methodologies.
• Tech-savvy with an understanding of procurement and finance vendor landscapes.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

For our client, we are seeking a Principal Manager, Procurement Enablement & Contingent Workforce to join the team of a leader in the Transportation space.

This role will lead procurement enablement and contingent workforce initiatives that improve intake, governance, and operational efficiency across a global organization. The ideal candidate will partner closely with procurement, finance, supply chain, and business stakeholders to modernize processes and strengthen program execution. This is a hands-on leadership position focused on systems, transformation, and cross-functional delivery in a complex, fast-moving environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $141,520 – $208,000 annually
