Twilio is seeking a Principal Manager for Procurement Enablement & Contingent Workforce to lead a team of four program managers and drive end-to-end procurement transformations. You will own governance, systems (Oracle P2P, Ironclad CLM) and AI-enabled intake solutions that streamline supplier engagement and hiring workflows.

Qualifications

• 12+ years managing procurement systems and ITV/contingent workforce programs.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Procurement redesign.
• Experience implementing agentic procurement solutions.
• Familiarity with Beeline or other VMS systems.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration.
• Knowledgeable in contracting within S2P processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of 4 ITV program managers on governance, enablement and process redesign.
• Manage procurement systems and enhancements (Oracle P2P, Ironclad CLM, Pursuit RFP, Airtable Savings Tracker, AI tools).
• Deliver AI-driven agentic intake systems and guided buying workflows.
• Drive end-to-end contingent workforce redesign for faster hiring journeys.
• Oversee VMS governance and global expansion of contingent workforce.
• Develop global supply chain for contingent talent and partner with stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional training for global procurement stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Legal to embed contracting requirements in new processes.
