Ladders, a leader in the transportation space, seeks a Principal Manager, Procurement Enablement & Contingent Workforce, to lead global procurement enablement and contingent workforce initiatives. This remote role partners with procurement, finance, and business stakeholders to modernize processes and strengthen program execution in a fast-moving environment.

The position emphasizes hands-on leadership, systems transformation, and cross-functional delivery, with a focus on AI-enabled procurement

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience managing procurement systems and contingent workforce programs.
• Experience with ERP redesign, particularly Oracle Cloud Procurement.
• Strong background in implementing agentic procurement solutions.
• Familiarity with contingent workforce redesign and VMS systems such as Beeline.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of requirements gathering and implementation methodologies.
• Tech-savvy with an understanding of procurement and finance vendor landscapes.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Procurement Enablement and Contingent Workforce program managers.
• Manage procurement systems and enhancements, including Oracle P2P and AI tools.
• Transform procurement intake processes with AI-driven systems.
• Redesign the contingent workforce hiring process for greater efficiency.
• Oversee governance of the contingent workforce program and VMS.
• Develop a cohesive global supply chain strategy for contingent talent.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration for procurement policy enhancements.
