Ladders is seeking a Sr. Manager, Procurement to join a leader in the information technology space. This role will shape and execute a global procurement strategy that supports business priorities across finance, legal, and security functions.

The position will focus on vendor governance, contract oversight, and process discipline while also helping integrate procurement practices from acquired teams. Remote work with international scope offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Credentials such as RPA/FMA or CFM preferred.
• Strong experience in procurement, contract review, and vendor management, ideally in a technology company.
• Solid understanding of financial reports, including variance analysis of actual vs. budget numbers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Finance leaders to establish a global procurement strategy and supporting processes.
• Partner with Finance to streamline and rationalize the vendor base for short- and long-term goals.
• Integrate procurement strategies from acquired teams into existing processes.
• Oversee execution of a vendor management playbook and ensure compliance.
• Work cross-functionally with Legal and Security teams to maintain governance over vendor contracts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to foster healthy competition.
• Manage a procurement team focused on centralized vendor management and contract negotiations.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Manager, Procurement to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will shape and execute a global procurement strategy that supports business priorities across finance, legal, and security functions. The position will focus on vendor governance, contract oversight, and process discipline while also helping integrate procurement practices from acquired teams. The ideal candidate will bring a strong operational mindset, the ability to build productive supplier relationships, and a focus on improving efficiency and compliance across the vendor lifecycle.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $130,000 – $170,000 annually
