Lead our sales efforts by developing tailored insurance solutions for both new and existing clients.
Analyze client risk profiles to ensure comprehensive coverage that aligns with their unique financial goals.
Nurture meaningful professional relationships within the Blacksburg community to expand our local influence.
Mentor junior staff members by sharing technical expertise and effective sales strategies.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospect discovery to policy binding and ongoing renewals.
Coordinate with carriers to advocate for the best terms and conditions for our policyholders.
Virginia Property and Casualty Insurance License.
Three or more years of experience in insurance sales or account management.
In-depth understanding of policy coverage, risk assessment, and regional market trends.
Strong comfort level with high-level client presentations and negotiation.
Proficiency in industry-standard quoting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is helpful but not mandatory.
