Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC's Audio, Twitch, Games (ATG) PXT team seeks a Principal HRBP to lead talent strategy and partner with VPs and Directors to drive people and organizational outcomes.

You will integrate workforce planning, succession, coaching, and data-driven HR processes to scale growth across multiple orgs, supporting business priorities and culture alignment in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR experience with demonstrated impact at senior levels.
• Experience partnering with business leaders in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies including org design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills development.
• Use people metrics and business data to drive improvements across multiple orgs.
• Design org structures enabling fast decision-making, culture, and customer focus.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Central HR, and Finance on workforce plans.
• Serve as primary HRBP to VP and Directors; advise on organizational capabilities.
• Build diverse executive talent pipelines and leadership bench strength.
• Provide executive coaching on management effectiveness and culture.
• Lead talent reviews and succession planning at the senior level.
• Identify risks and drive change plans; guide leaders through transformations.
