Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance economics or related field.
- Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance economics or related field.
- PhD with 4+ years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance economics or related field.
- 12 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead external client engagements and internal team projects.
- Present findings to C‑Suite stakeholders and translate insights into action.
- Design and maintain standard data layers and coding standards.
- Develop dynamic, visually engaging dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
