Job summary

ZoomInfo is seeking an orchestration lead for go-to-market execution within GTM Operations. You will coordinate product launches and broader GTM initiatives, own workback planning, governance, and readiness processes to ensure initiatives land cleanly with Sales, CS, and Marketing.

You will bridge Product, Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Operations, and Customer Experience, with product launches being core. Strong experience leading product release programs is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Program/Project Management, GTM Operations, Product Marketing, or Revenue Operations.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end product release/launch programs.
• Demonstrated success orchestrating cross-functional launches involving Sales, Product, and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own workback plans and readiness gates across concurrent product launches and GTM programs.
• Define and enforce tiering standards (Tier-1 vs Tier-2) based on revenue impact and field readiness needs.
• Run governance forums (launch councils, readiness reviews, go/no-go checkpoints).
• Manage Alpha/Beta lifecycle in partnership with CS and Product for launch-specific initiatives.
• Partner with Product Marketing to ensure messaging/positioning inputs are incorporated into launch plans.
