Job summary

Fivetran is seeking a Principal Partner Solutions Architect (GSI) to serve as the global technical advisor to our priority GSIs. You will own the technical capability, solution architecture, and multi-year bets of the GSI partnership, working with alliance leads, field engineers, product managers, and partners.

You will articulate the total value of joint solutions, develop reference architectures, and drive business outcomes across regions. Travel to partner sites and events will be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as enterprise/solutions architect or equivalent customer-facing role.
• Fluency across the modern data stack and ability to explain fit for a GSI delivery practice.
• Experience engaging with senior technical stakeholders and executives.
• Experience with AI paradigms and data technologies.
• Hands-on experience with dbt and with Fivetran.
• Ability to drive GSI audiences and accelerate agreement velocity.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted advisory relationships with priority GSIs and secure multi-year technology bets.
• Own the joint technical narrative and capability messaging for the combined platform.
• Promote Fivetran + dbt Labs with partners at conferences and online.
• Recommend integration strategies and enterprise architectures for complex meg-agreements.
• Maintain a current view of integration state and drive right outcomes with Product.
• Co-develop IP with GSI partners and evangelize it with customers and the field.
• Run the standing technical cadence with GSI practice and delivery leadership.
• Drive expansion opportunities and ensure accelerated agreement velocity.
• Collaborate with regional teams to scale the relationship regionally.
• Travel to partner/customer sites and events as needed.
