Our team develops reliable systems and GPU-accelerated algorithms to analyze next‑generation sequencing data for diagnostics and research.

We seek a Bioinformatics Software Engineer who can design automated verification tests, collaborate with algorithm experts, and contribute to a high-quality software

Qualifications

Degree in software engineering, data science, computational biology, or related field.
5+ years of OOP in C++ with GPU-accelerated libraries.
Strong Python skills with data science libraries.
Experience with CI/CD environments and tools.
Experience designing and executing verification tests.
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and collaborative.

Responsibilities

Design and develop automated verification tests for bioinformatics components.
Develop scalable, distributed NGS data analysis software.
Collaborate with researchers to apply GPU-accelerated techniques.
Support full software development lifecycle and Design Control processes.
