Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with NGS data and data analysis pipelines.
• Strong proficiency in Python and C/C++.
• Experience maintaining or refactoring large code bases or research repositories.
• Familiarity with GPU-accelerated workflows and CUDA is a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS) and Linux.
• Excellent interdisciplinary collaboration and teamwork skills.
