Job summary

Roche Holding AG is seeking a Bioinformatics Software Engineer to design and implement features for bioinformatics components and pipelines used in Roche Sequencing products. You will work with experimental teams and researchers to translate requirements into scalable software, leveraging GPUs to accelerate biology workflows.

Ideal candidates have a background in computational biology and 5+ years with NGS data, Python, and C/C++.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Biomedical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years experience with NGS data and data analysis pipelines.
• Strong Python with data science libraries; familiarity with C/C++.
