Job summary

WP Engine seeks a Principal Global Compensation Manager to design and continually evolve our global compensation programs. You will scale pay frameworks, drive pay transparency, and lead cycles using Workday Advanced Compensation in a highly distributed, remote-first environment.

As a senior contributor in Total Rewards, you will align compensation with business goals, enable AI-driven workflows, and advise EE Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and executives on strategic pay decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of compensation experience in high-tech/SaaS industries.
• 3+ years in a lead advisory capacity.
• Able to translate business goals into competitive pay structures and models.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evolve, and lead global cash, bonus, and equity compensation strategies.
• Design global pay transparency structures to meet regulatory requirements.
• Oversee annual global merit, promotion, and equity refresh cycles in Workday.
• Support executive compensation design and equity modeling with Sr Director, Total Rewards.
• Lead design and evolution of global job architecture, leveling, and salary structures.
