Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in insurance sales or agency management, a PA life/health license, and a strong track record in team development and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License.
• Minimum of five years experience in insurance sales or agency management.
• Strong ability to mentor others and foster professional development.
• Comprehensive understanding of insurance underwriting guidelines.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our market presence in the Pennsylvania region.
• Recruit, train, and guide a team of sales agents toward achieving their individual and collective targets.
• Maintain high standards of service while ensuring full compliance with industry regulations.
• Build and nurture long-term partnerships with clients and regional stakeholders.
• Analyze sales performance data to identify growth opportunities and refine our outreach strategies.
• Lead team meetings and workshops to share best practices and foster a collaborative environment.
