Job summary

Precision Medicine Group seeks an Associate Scientist to lead flow cytometry projects, develop and validate assays, and execute experiments with timely delivery. You will prepare SOPs, reports, and data presentations while mentoring junior staff.

The role requires hands-on work with flow cytometry on whole blood or isolated cells, strong data analysis skills, and clear communication to clients and internal teams. Occasional longer hours may be needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with flow cytometry assays using whole blood or isolated cells.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to organize and analyze data and prepare reports.
• Solid understanding of current GLP, GDP, CAP/CLIA/ISO standards (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform Flow cytometry primarily, as well as other immune assays.
• Analyze data and present results independently.
• Develop and maintain SOP documentation and validation protocols.
• Mentor junior staff and provide scientific guidance to the team.
• Prepare reports and data presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
