Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Senior Scientific Director, Flow Cytometry to lead development and validation of Flow Cytometry assays for clinical and non-clinical studies. You will mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide assay development while engaging with QA and project managers to meet client timelines.

The role requires deep experience in regulated and non-regulated cellular assays, strong communication, and the ability to host or participate in regulatory audits.

Qualifications

• PhD in life sciences or relevant field with 18+ years of full-time laboratory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead all scientific activities, regulatory compliance, staff management and client project delivery.
• Mentor and lead Flow Cytometry staff; ensure method development and validation align with timelines.
• Direct staff to maintain scientific standards and compliance with Precision procedures and regulatory expectations.
• Engage with QA to maintain regulatory compliance and liaise with project managers for client communication.
• Serve as Technical Lead for Flow Cytometry projects and participate in audits as needed.
• Draft and review SOPs, study protocols, assay validation reports and related documents.
