Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a seasoned finance professional to lead EAC reviews, perform EVMS trend analysis, and manage Budget Change Requests across multiple programs. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field with at least 5 years of finance experience.
• Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, MS Project or similar systems.
• Experience with EVMS or equivalent.
• Experience with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Experience with Program Controls or Business Operations Finance preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quarterly EAC reviews by individual program and product line summaries
• Perform trend analysis for spend rates and EVMS metrics at a product-line level
• Process Budget Change Requests (BCRs) as needed
• Perform manpower planning for IPT and ESPB
• Support proposal activities and pricing exercises
• Maintain financial responsibility for IPT, ESPB, and NRE efforts across the portfolio
• Conduct batting order simulations
• Perform various ad hoc financial exercises
• Partner cross-functionally across the product line, Business Operations finance, Global Supply Chain finance, and Program Offices
• Execute similar scope across multiple programs
• Support a PMO predominantly residing in the U.S. East Coast time zone

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field and a minimum of 5 years of Finance related experience; OR an Advanced degree and 3 years of Finance related experience
• Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, MS Project or a similar system
• Experience with EVMS or equivalent experience
• Experience with MS Excel, Word, and/or PowerPoint
• U.S. citizenship is required
• Experience with either Program Controls or Business Operations finance preferred
• Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy with demonstrated experience meeting critical deadlines
• Independent, motivated and able to collaborate across the organization
• Ability to drive independent analysis in a highly dynamic and constantly changing environment
• Goal-oriented individual with excellent communication, organization and analytical skills
• EV Certification preferred
• Basic understanding of PRISM, PRISM reports, GSCM/Ops/Quality Pooling applications, “Standard Structure,” rules tables and breakpoints preferred
