Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States (Arizona) seeks an experienced Production Finance Analyst to support the GSMS Mission Area, TPY portfolio within Operations/Supply Chain Finance. You will manage EACs, EVMS, and complex financial evaluations, while driving change management and stakeholder collaboration.

Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, PRISM, and MS Office is essential. Strong analysis, governance, and resource allocation skills are required to partner with leadership and deliver

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required for access to the program/contract.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years relevant experience, or advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, or similar systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Understanding of operations/material systems and processes.
• Knowledge of material EACs cradle-to-grave and program controls.

Job description

• Support the GSMS Mission Area, specifically the TPY portfolio, as part of the Operations/Supply Chain Finance Organization
• Execute all aspects of production finance processes, including EACs and EVMS
• Construct and execute change management protocols
• Perform critical analysis, bandwidth management, guidance, and insights
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of operations analysis
• Conduct side-by-side analysis with working teams to grow analytical capability and establish functional ownership accountability
• Build business relationships and trust with stakeholders
• Understand program-area drivers and determine organizational trends or drifts
• Consolidate information, identify critical metrics, and recommend or execute solutions
• Serve as a critical business partner providing insight and guidance to Mission Areas and Business Unit Leadership
• Prioritize and allocate resources in a dynamic, geographically dispersed, deadline-driven environment

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
• A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
• Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, or similar systems
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Understanding of operations/material systems and processes
• Proficient in SAP, PRISM, Business Warehouse, and Microsoft Office
• Understanding of material EACs cradle-to-grave (Gate 3 - Gate 11)
• Knowledge of varying lifecycle program controls
• Strong experience with Excel and other business analytical tools
• Experience with financial evaluations of program performance
• Strong understanding of company command media, disclosures and GAAP
