Job summary

Mobility Global, the company behind CARFAX and automotive intelligence, is seeking a Senior TA Executive Recruiter to drive PM for TA strategic projects and oversee executive search across geographies.

You will partner with the most senior leaders, manage end-to-end hiring, and coordinate cross-functional programs with discretion, delivery accountability, and a focus on outstanding candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• PM for TA strategic projects with milestones.

• Vendor management for third-party search when engaged; oversee briefs and shortlists.
• Coordinate cross-functional TA initiatives between COEs, HR partners and business stakeholders.

Executive Seach - senior and executive hiring that demands a different and elevated approach: one with discretion, market intelligence, sophisticated assessment capability, and the presence to partner with the most senior leaders in the business. This role carries both, balancing PM and Exec search with the ability to navigate how to establish and manage priorities. The person in this role is trusted with the function's most visible work and its most sensitive relationships. Executive Delivery will always carry the priority of the function.

What You’ll Do

• PM for TA strategic projects - project management, workplan development, stakeholder coordination, milestone tracking, and delivery accountability across TA transformation initiatives
• Project governance - owns the TA project register; ensures initiatives are scoped, resourced, and reported consistently
• Executive search delivery - end-to-end ownership of senior and executive hiring when activated; Director level and above across all functions and geographies
• Executive candidate experience - white-glove management of senior candidate journeys from first conversation through offer and onboarding
• Senior stakeholder partnership - direct relationship management with the most senior hiring leaders; consultative, discreet, highly responsive
• Search firm and executive search vendor management - when third-party search is engaged; owns the brief, the relationship, and the quality of the shortlist
• Cross-functional TA initiative coordination - serves as the connective tissue between TA workstreams, COEs, HR partners, and business stakeholders on complex programs
• Exec search market intelligence - maintains awareness of executive talent market, competitor moves, and leadership bench in critical functions

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $180,000. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on a variety of factors, including geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
