Job summary

Mobility Global, the company behind CARFAX and automotive intelligence, is seeking a Senior TA Executive Recruiter to drive PM for TA strategic projects and oversee executive search across geographies.

You will partner with the most senior leaders, manage end-to-end hiring, and coordinate cross-functional programs with discretion, delivery accountability, and a focus on outstanding candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• PM for TA strategic projects with milestones.
• Governance of TA project register and resourcing.
• End-to-end executive search for directors and above across functions and geographies.
• Manage candidate experience from first conversation through onboarding.
• Direct relationship management with senior hiring leaders; consultative and discreet.
• Vendor management for third-party search when engaged; oversee briefs and shortlists.
• Coordinate cross-functional TA initiatives between COEs, HR partners and business stakeholders.
