Job summary

Mobility Global is seeking an Associate FP&A Analyst to join our finance team in the United States. You will support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making, partnering with leaders to analyze performance, develop budgets, and provide actionable insights in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, attention to detail, and effective communication as you contribute to driving business results and improvements across finance functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, investment banking, consulting, or related analytical roles.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills including financial modeling, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
• Experience with Oracle or Hyperion is preferred.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and financial presentation development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as requested by management.

What You’ll Do

The Associate Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst supports the company's financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making processes. This role partners with corporate functional leaders to analyze financial performance, develop budgets and forecasts, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights that drive business results. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Analyze operating expenses, headcount, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and business drivers.
• Develop financial models to evaluate business performance, strategic initiatives, and operational opportunities.
• Partner with functional leaders to understand financial impacts of operational decisions and provide recommendations.
• Monitor financial performance and identify risks and opportunities against plan.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities by collaborating with Accounting and Controllership teams.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using financial and business intelligence tools.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as requested by management.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, investment banking, consulting, or related analytical roles is preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
• Experience with financial planning systems such as Oracle or Hyperion is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and financial presentation development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $75,000 – $85,000. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on a variety of factors, including geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
