Job summary

Mobility Global is seeking a strategic leader to drive Talent Acquisition projects and executive search initiatives across functions and geographies. You’ll partner with senior leaders to align priorities, manage complex programs, and deliver high-impact hires.

Qualifications

• Presence and discretion - operate at the most senior levels; trusted with sensitive information and high-stakes relationships.

Responsibilities

• Senior stakeholder partnership - direct relationship management with the most senior hiring leaders; consultative, discreet, highly responsive.
• Search firm and executive search vendor management - when third-party search is engaged; owns the brief, the relationship, and the quality of the shortlist.
• Cross-functional TA initiative coordination - connects TA workstreams, COEs, HR partners, and business stakeholders on complex programs.
• Exec search market intelligence - stays aware of executive talent market, competitor moves, and leadership bench.

What You’ll Do:

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $180,000. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on a variety of factors, including geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
