Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Solution Engineering, preferably in SaaS and enterprise software.
• Established playbook on using AI for operational efficiency.
• Strong understanding of ITSM/ESM domains.
• Experience leading complex solution designs with custom apps and integrations.
