Fuze Health Inc. seeks a Principal Engineer to drive the technical vision across our engineering org. You will guide design and execution for high-volume, secure healthcare platforms, reporting to the VP of Engineering.

You will mentor engineers, set standards, and partner with product and operations to meet clinical requirements while ensuring cloud-scale reliability and regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of progressive software engineering and systems design experience.
• Experience building scalable, high-throughput B2B SaaS/healthcare tech systems.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, PostgreSQL, RoR, Python, and modern web stacks.
• Proven leadership and mentorship of Staff/Senior engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Define and evolve the target architecture for core platforms and APIs.
• Mentor engineers and elevate engineering culture with reviews and reviews.
• Collaborate with Product, PM, and Ops to align architecture with business goals.
• Ensure HIPAA/SOC2 compliance and security-by-design across systems.
