Qualifications

• 12+ years of corporate experience in enablement, performance consulting, or instructional design with a strong portfolio.
• 5+ years leading large, complex revenue enablement projects in a fast-paced, technology-first environment.
• 5+ years developing comprehensive enablement content for diverse global audiences.
• 2+ years of experience with enterprise-level AI tools to enhance productivity and content creation.
• Master's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.

For our client, we are seeking a Principal Enablement Architect to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will shape strategic enablement solutions that help a global organization translate complex frameworks into practical programs. You will partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive large-scale transformation, improve productivity, and support meaningful behavioral change. This is an opportunity to influence how enablement content, processes, and tools come together in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $156,300 – $234,500 annually
