Ladders is seeking a Vice President, Change Management & Organization Design to lead enterprise-wide change initiatives in a highly visible, AI-enabled environment. Based remotely in the United States, you will partner with value stream leaders to shape capabilities and accelerate transformation.

This senior role focuses on aligning people, processes and communications to improve operating effectiveness, and to drive adoption of new working methods across the organization.

• 10+ years of leadership in organization design and workforce strategy.
• 5+ years leading large-scale enterprise transformation at senior level.
• Proven success in organization redesigns and operating model transformations.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in workforce insights and business metrics.

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President, Change Management & Organization Design to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This leader will shape enterprise-wide change and organizational design strategies that support a modern, AI-enabled way of working. The role will partner closely with value stream leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to drive adoption, strengthen capabilities, and improve operating effectiveness across the organization. It is a highly visible leadership position focused on aligning people, process, and communication to accelerate transformation.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $180,000 – $220,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own and execute change and capability-building programs with value stream leaders.
