The role requires a PE registration, 10+ years of electrical design experience, and proficiency with ETAP or SKM. Strong communication and adaptability are essential to serve clients in energy, federal, transportation, and water sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) Registration required.
• 10+ years of electrical design experience.
• Experience with electrical modeling software (ETAP/SKM).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated and adaptable to evolving client and project needs.

Responsibilities

• Design and layout of power plant sites, microgrids, and medium/low voltage distribution.
• Draft schematics and wiring diagrams; prepare equipment specifications.
• Prepare reports; determine code requirements and perform calculations.
• Coordinate technical efforts within discipline areas.
• Manage design budget and schedule.
• Develop engineering drawings and specifications; perform engineering calculations.
• Size, select, and specify electrical equipment; coordinate with vendors.
• Conduct design site visits.
