Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering required.
• PE registration preferred or required.
• 10+ years of electrical design experience.
• Proficiency with ETAP, SKM, or similar software.
• Excellent communication and collaborative mindset.
• Self-motivated and adaptable to evolving client and project needs.

Responsibilities

• Design and lay out power plant sites, microgrids, and distribution systems.
• Prepare schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment specifications.
• Report generation, code compliance, and design computations.
• Coordinate intra-discipline efforts and manage budgets/schedules.
• Develop drawings and perform engineering calculations.
• Site visits to gather data and verify installations.
