Crystal Group seeks a Principal Electrical Engineer to lead the design, development, and verification of electrical wiring and PCB assemblies, including cables and connectors. You will mentor engineers, conduct peer reviews, and drive medium-size projects to on-time, high-quality results.

Responsibilities include interpreting drawings, guiding manufacturing/testing, performing detailed electrical calculations, and ensuring designs meet specs and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and 10+ years of electrical engineering experience.
• PCB and wire harness design experience required.
• Experience leading medium-large teams (4-7).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and verify electrical wiring and PCB assemblies.
• Lead medium-size project groups and mentor new hires.
• Review electrical drawings and ensure adherence to specs.
• Coordinate electrical manufacturing and testing activities to meet requirements.
• Provide troubleshooting support for Manufacturing and Technical Services.
