Job summary

Crystal Group is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to lead the design, development, and verification of electrical wiring and PCB assemblies, including cables, plugs, and connectors. The role requires mentoring staff, conducting peer reviews, and guiding mid-size project groups on high-reliability products.

You will translate requirements into schematics and layouts, coordinate cross-functional activities, and drive testing and continuous improvement in a rugged, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field with 10+ years experience.
• Must be a US Person (US Citizen or lawful permanent resident).
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 10+ years of electrical engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and verify electrical wiring and PCB assemblies.
• Lead peer reviews and mentor new hires.
• Direct or coordinate electrical manufacturing and testing activities.
• Prepare data and write reports on electrical studies or projects.
• Maintain high quality of designs with minimal errors.
• Provide technical assistance for Pilot Line build and testing.
