Job summary

Crystal Group seeks a Principal Electrical Engineer to lead design, development, and verification of wiring and PCB assemblies, including cables and connectors.

You will mentor junior engineers, guide medium-size project teams, and drive improvements with minimal oversight. A BS in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years' experience is preferred, focusing on analog/digital electronics, PCB layout, and harness design. On-site in Cedar Rapids, IA.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of electrical engineering experience preferred.
• Experience with PCB design, wiring harnesses, and EMI/EMC considerations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, verify electrical wiring and PCB assemblies including cables and connectors.
• Lead medium-size project groups and mentor junior engineers.
• Perform peer reviews and contribute to process improvements.
