Ladders is seeking a Principal Product Designer, DX to shape end-to-end developer experience across a complex product ecosystem. You will partner with product and engineering leaders to influence strategy, prioritize the roadmap, and turn technical complexity into intuitive, scalable experiences.

Lead research, drive data-informed design decisions, and leverage AI to prototype and contribute to production work.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product design for complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Deep expertise in data-driven B2B SaaS with analytics focus.
• Strong skills in interaction design, IA, and data visualization.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts while preserving depth.
• Proven track record influencing strategy and roadmaps.
• Experience leading research and translating findings into direction.
• Experience applying AI to design and prototyping.

• Set end-to-end experience vision for developer experience initiatives.
