Job summary

Atlassian in the United States is seeking a senior product designer to set the end-to-end experience vision across DX, unifying product surfaces and customer journeys. You will translate complex data and engineering input into coherent design strategies that guide product direction.

You'll partner with product and engineering leadership, lead customer research, mentor designers, and explore AI-assisted methods to make design intent concrete.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience, including complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Deep experience designing data-rich B2B SaaS reporting or analytics experiences.
• Strong interaction design, information architecture, and systems-thinking skills.
