Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Senior Product Designer for OASIS, its internal agentic AI platform. You’ll own end-to-end design across major surfaces, from problem framing to shipped product, and you’ll partner with PM and Engineering from day one.

You’ll prototype relentlessly, conduct user research with internal users and clients, shape and extend the design system, and mentor the broader team as we move fast to deliver meaningful experiences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms, or AI products.
• Portfolio showing depth in interaction design, information architecture, and visual craft.
• Fluent in rapid prototyping across Figma, Lovable, code, or similar tools.
• Comfortable in ambiguity; able to frame problems, generate direction, and drive execution.
• Make complex things feel simple for technical and operational users.
• Think strategically with a balance of long-term vision and pixel-level detail.
• Communicate clearly across audiences, able to explain design rationale to executives and engineers.
• Curious about agentic AI and conversational UX with a point of view on direction.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for major surfaces of OASIS, from problem framing through launch
• Prototype early and often to pressure-test ideas before they hit a sprint
• Partner with PM and Engineering from the start of a problem, not at handoff
• Run user research with internal users and clients, grounding decisions in real problems
• Shape and extend the design system as the platform grows
• Raise the bar across the design practice and mentor the broader team
• Influence design process and standards across the team, not just what ships
