Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the DX Product Management team. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for key developer products and platforms used by thousands of Salesforce engineers across the SDLC.

You will partner with engineering and executive leadership, champion developers as customers, define a clear vision, and invest in AI-enabled tools that reduce toil while increasing reliability, security, and velocity at scale.

Measure outcomes with baselines, DORA delivery metrics, and SPACE-informed measures; monitor build/test times and reliability.
Influence and collaborate across partner teams; align priorities at all levels.
Prioritize high-impact investments balancing developer feedback, technical debt, security, and long-term goals.
