DXC Technology is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the next chapter of the OASIS platform. You will own end-to-end design across major surfaces, from problem framing through shipped product, and partner closely with PM and Engineering on high-impact decisions.

You’ll move fast, prototype early, and push the design system forward while mentoring teammates and collaborating across the company. This role emphasizes user research and practical prototyping.

Formación

• 7+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS/enterprise domains.
• Strong portfolio showing interaction design, IA, and visual craft.
• Fast prototyping with multiple tools (Figma, Lovable, code).

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end design for major surfaces of OASIS from framing to launch.
• Prototype early to validate ideas before sprint cycles.
• Collaborate with PM and Engineering from start of a problem.
• Conduct user research with internal users and clients to ground decisions.
• Shape and extend the design system as the platform grows.
• Raise standards and mentor the broader design team.
• Influence design process and standards across the team.
