Elbit America, Inc. is seeking a Principal Business Development Manager for MATR-X, leading initiatives to expand market presence across defense, homeland security, and critical infrastructure.

You will shape plans, guide joint pursuits with partners, and position MATR-X against diverse missions including Counter-UAS and border security. The role requires deep customer interaction, rigorous opportunity qualification, and cross-functional coordination with engineering and leadership to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with defense-industry leadership.
• 8+ years in business development, capture, or complex technical-sales.
• Experience selling to DoW, DHS, primes, OEMs, system integrators, or government customers.
• Ability to develop opportunities from initial engagement through qualification, demonstration, proposal, negotiation, and award.
• Understanding federal acquisition processes and contracting vehicles.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of a focused MATR-X business-development plan.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with resellers, primes, OEMs, and integrators.
• Position MATR-X for Counter-UAS, force-protection, surveillance, and critical-infrastructure missions.
• Coordinate joint account plans, opportunity pipelines, demonstrations, and pursuit strategies.
• Lead customer engagements, demonstrations, and capture workstreams.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and provide reliable pipeline forecasts.
• Collaborate with engineering, contracts, marketing, and leadership across the organization.
