Job summary

Elbit Systems of America, LLC is seeking a Principal Business Development Manager for the MATR‑X tactical radar system. You will lead complex initiatives to expand market presence, build strategic partnerships, and drive opportunities across defense, homeland security, and critical infrastructure sectors.

You will guide joint pursuit activities with partners, position MATR‑X against diverse operational needs, and independently lead customer engagements, demonstrations, and capture workstreams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field or military/defense leadership.
• 8+ years in business development, capture, or strategic partnerships in defense.
• Experience selling to DoD, DHS, prime contractors, OEMs, or system integrators.
• Proven ability to develop opportunities from engagement through award.
• Experience establishing reseller/partner relationships and managing capture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a focused BD plan for MATR‑X.
• Identify and develop strategic reseller, prime-contractor, OEM partnerships.
• Establish partner relationships enabling access to vehicles, communities, and support.
• Guide joint account plans, pipelines, demonstrations, and pursuit approaches.
• Generate opportunities across DoW, DHS, SLTT agencies, and critical infra customers.
• Lead direct-sales pursuits where applicable and coordinate internal resources.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and provide reliable pipeline forecasts.
• Collaborate across engineering, operations, contracts, and leadership.
