Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related field and 15+ years in electric power or equivalent.
• Strong cybersecurity expertise with OT/ICS experience and cross-functional influence.
• Industry-recognized certifications (GICSP/Grid/CISSP) are valued.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and present technical content.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and advancement of cybersecurity opportunities for OT/ICS.
• Translate opportunities into product requirements with stakeholders.
• Shape strategy, roadmaps, and value propositions for products.
• Drive customer engagement, market analysis, and feedback loops.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to IP development and documentation.
• Present technical content, train teams, and participate in standards work.
• Travel as required to meet business needs.
