Boise, ID or Pullman, WA; on-site role with competitive pay and benefits. You will lead cross-functional teams, shape product strategy, and drive long‑term success through collaboration with Marketing, PM, Sales, Engineering Services, and R&D.

Qualifications

• 15+ years' experience in electrical power systems or equivalent.
• Recognized leader and expert within SEL and industry practices.
• Strong cybersecurity expertise with cross‑functional innovation.
• Willingness to travel per business need.
• Excellent training, speaking, and writing skills for customers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, development, and advancement of strategic opportunities.
• Translate market needs into product requirements and roadmaps.
• Influence portfolio planning, technology roadmaps and value propositions.
• Drive customer adoption, market expansion, and revenue realization.
• Collaborate across Marketing, PM, Sales, Engineering Services, and R&D.
• Educate audiences on SEL capabilities and emerging technologies.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to internal growth programs.
• Represent SEL in industry forums and standards organizations.
• Monitor product performance and guide decision-making for success.
• Create and protect intellectual property; apply world-class manufacturing principles.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver differentiated cybersecurity solutions.
