Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Principal OT Cybersecurity / IC Security Architect to bridge OT/ICS and IT security for a federal modernization program. You will lead requirements, survey the market, evaluate candidates, and deliver defensible procurement recommendations.

Remote US-based role with travel up to 25%. Deep expertise in NERC CIP, OT/ICS security, and executive briefings is essential for success.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
12+ years of progressive systems architecture or cyber engineering experience; with a degree, 16+ years.
Experience across OT/ICS and enterprise IT security environments.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end solutions analysis across one or more workstreams.
Elicit requirements and produce SRS with traceability to NERC CIP, FISMA, and Zero Trust.
Conduct market research on identity, access control, monitoring, and asset management.
Draft RFIs, manage vendor responses, and lead engagements with bidders.
Assess vendor responses and write comparison reports to guide selections.
Design lab test environments and oversee product demonstrations and evaluations.
Prepare ASA documents and brief steering committees and executives.
Facilitate workshops across OT/ICS and IT cybersecurity to build consensus.
