Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering or an applicable discipline.
• 15+ years working knowledge of electric power systems or equivalent.
• Demonstrated leadership and expert within data centers and related practices.
• Ability to mentor engineers and communicate effectively.
• Willingness to travel per business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, development, evaluation and advancement of innovative ideas and growth initiatives.
• Drive market analysis, benchmarking, and customer engagement to identify unmet needs.
• Establish and manage a pipeline of strategic opportunities across functions.
• Translate opportunities into product requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Provide deep expertise to ensure products address validated market needs.
• Influence product strategy, roadmaps, and business cases for growth.
• Drive customer adoption and long-term commercial success through engagement.
• Serve as a bridge between customers and multiple internal teams and forums.
• Monitor product performance and guide decision-making for better outcomes.
• Educate audiences about SEL capabilities and emerging technologies.
