Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of compensation experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience with a large organization/company.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the technical authority for North America compensation programs, leading the design and governance of annual compensation processes.
• Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Finance, and senior leaders to influence compensation decisions.
• Own job evaluation judgments for North America, ensuring alignment with job architecture and compliance with FLSA, EEO, and pay transparency.
• Create and maintain compensation policies, procedures, and training materials for North American and global Total Rewards teams.
