Donaldson in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Director of Global Talent Acquisition to lead the enterprise recruiting strategy and global function, delivering consistent processes and strong candidate and hiring manager experiences.

As a member of the HR leadership team, you will partner with senior leaders to align recruiting priorities with business needs, while building a high-performing global team and ensuring compliance with laws.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in HR and talent acquisition with enterprise/global scope.
• Experience building scalable recruitment processes and operating models.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and translate workforce needs into strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals and workforce plans.
• Lead recruiting across professional, technical, manufacturing, commercial, and leadership roles, while building a high-performing global team.
• Strengthen the employer brand and expand diverse talent pipelines through external partnerships and sourcing strategies.
• Own and improve recruiting processes, governance, technologies, and tools to deliver a consistent, efficient experience.
• Partner with HR and business leaders on workforce planning, talent forecasting, and enterprise HR priorities.
• Use recruiting metrics and workforce analytics to improve quality, speed, source effectiveness, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Ensure recruiting practices comply with applicable employment laws, company policies, inclusion commitments, and data standards.
