Coda Search│Staffing's client, a high-growth global investment management firm, is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join the Total Rewards team. The role focuses on shaping compensation strategies across geographies to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

You will analyze market data, design annual processes, and build dashboards, ensuring regulatory compliance and clear communication of compensation programs to senior leadership.

Formación

• 3–7 years of progressive experience in compensation, total rewards, or financial analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience with Excel and HRIS systems (Workday, SuccessFactors).

Responsabilidades

• Partner with HR and business leaders to provide strategic compensation guidance across all business units and geographies.
• Analyze market trends and benchmark compensation data to inform base salary, bonus, and equity program recommendations.
• Support the design and implementation of annual compensation processes, including year-end reviews, bonus planning, and long-term incentive modeling.
• Develop and maintain compensation dashboards, analytics, and reporting to drive insight and visibility for senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with global compensation regulations and evolving best practices.
• Contribute to compensation-related communications and education efforts across the firm.
