Qualifications

• 8+ years of compensation experience.
• 3+ years in a large organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical authority for North America compensation programs, leading design and governance of annual processes.
• Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Finance and senior leaders to influence compensation decisions.
• Own job evaluation judgments for North America, ensuring alignment with job architecture and compliance with FLSA, EEO, and pay transparency.
