Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years in compensation or 8+ years in lieu of degree.
• Strong knowledge of compensation principles, market pricing, and NA regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in Workday and advanced Excel/data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Define regional compensation strategy, execution and alignment for US/Canada/Mexico.
• Develop and manage compensation programs aligned with DTNA/DTFS structures.
• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking for equity and competitiveness.
• Support executive and sales compensation governance in collaboration with leaders.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and compensation regulations.
• Communicate processes, deadlines and changes to leaders and employees.
• Provide data analysis, dashboards and reporting to support decision making.
